For those who has the question above about 'Christian people', then read on the following link:
http://www.rbc.org/bible_study/answers_to_tough_questions/answers/30887.aspx
The main pont is how you understand, forgive and love these people instead of rejecting and rebelling against them. By loving one another, you are fulfilling God's most important command.
Afterall, who are you to judge while you yourself are equally as sinful, as hypocritical, as selfish as the rest of us? Throw the stone to the sinful only if you think you are absolutely sinless. Leave the judging to the Judge (God) and let the changing to the Holy Spirit (Your defending attorney in front of God). Your job is to love one another: that easy.
Only Jesus can judge, the human form of God, but he chose to forgive. The hypocrisy and selfishness and all other sinful nature of human beings, he knows that, he sees that, because he loves us, he chose to be patient with us and decided to change us in his own time (via the Holy Spirit). He has promised that whoever follows him will go to heaven.
As a human, he had to die. He didn't need to 'come down' to earth to die but he came so that anyone who follows him can be forgiven and live in heaven with him.
That's why Jesus Christ 'DIED' for us. He has wiped out our sins and made sinless so that we can go to heaven.
Now, who can beat that kind of offer?
It makes sense. Other people's selfishness and hypocrisy should not be your example of leading your own life. It is only Jesus that is your aim to be like. By trying to be like him, you will be made holy slowly but surely.
Since the falling of human race, we are born bearing the sin from Adam and Eve. We will always carry our own faults and sins with us, being 'Christians' or not. The question is :are you aware of that and do something about it or just walk away?
It is your choice. Nobody can help you. In fact, even God wants you to make a choice. The beauty is that God has given that choice to make. he doesn't force us to do anything for he has made us to be like him, being able to make choices. WE, HAVE MADE THE WRONG CHOICE and now WE ARE GIVEN A CHANCE TO CHANGE OUR MIND!!!
Can't you see that?
