It has been getting cold. Emma has been getting a few viral illnesses, hence few sleepless nights. Helena has however grown very qucikly since she went to school. Both Jasmine and I were trying to readjust life to these new routines. Suffice to say that changes can be quite 'exciting'. Meanwhile, with the winter blue coming, I have been trying to have some running exercise to fight off the 'Seasonal Affective Disorder SAD'. Today after running at 2C, I nearly developed an asthmatic attack!!
