Helena and Emma

Emma has been growing quite well. during one of the rare quiet evening, we browsed through our archives of family photos and found some interesting pictures of Helena and Emma. I know, as parents, we should not compare one daughter with the other as every human being is unique. However, I just cannot help myself from comparing these two pictures of Helena and Emma. Helena was a fussy eater and was choosy with her food, in contrast to Emma who just loves to experiment with food. Hence Emma generally looks more chubbier then Helena. They both inherit my sense of humour, my temper and general tendency of not following any rules or restrictions. They also enjoy messy play with her papa too. Luckily they inherit all the good looks, the gentleness and intelligence from their mother. Let's hope such combination of gene pools would produce some good outcome. :P

We just wonder how these two girls are to going to fare in the future. Two girls from Far Rye, bearing the same last name, venturing out their own individual journeys. I give thanks to God for giving us such wonderful girls and pray for his strength, wisdom, patience and love to bring up these two girls as well as possible. Deep from my heart, I pray for their happiness all the way whatever they are going to do with their lives wherever they are...... This papa coming from far far away has settled down building this harbour for these two little ships to venture and hopefully every now and again will come back to my embrace......
