You have turned for me my mourning into dancing. —Psalm 30:11

Being a Christian is not an easy task. We are always encouraged to endure the difficulties, life sufferings or any life problems while still keeping the hope and assurance given by God that there is a path ahead of us.
But coming to think of it, it is true. As the Chinese proverb also says that if you wait long enough till the clouds leave the sky, the flower will blossom! I suppose when you life has reached the lowest point, the only way is getting better.
So take heart, my friends, when you think why there isn't any answer from God, keep on praying to God and be reassured. He does listen and is always there for you.
This leads to another story which I heard from a movie called: the Pursuit of Happyness:
A 'faithful' Christian was drowning in the sea, he kept praying and praying to God in Heaven for help, then there was a ship passing by and offered him rescue but he refused for he was waiting for God's appearance. After a while, another ship passed by and offered him the same help, he refused again.
Eventually he was drowned to death. His spirit went to Heaven and saw God. So he asked God: 'Oh God, why didn't you answer my prayers??? I was praying and praying.' God then replied: 'I have sent for two big ships to rescue you but you refused the help!'
So as you can see, there is the conflict between God's will and your own personal will and your tendency for self reliance and denial. This is why we all need to keep our humility as much as possible for we are not and will never be more powerful than the almighty God.
By knowing this, it is no wonder the psalmist has written this:
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing.
Hallelujah, Praise the Lord.
