What a trip. We have eventually finished our hectic two week holiday in the far east which was packed with activities. Our sister eventually got married to Jimmy and Helena has also seen her great grandmother for the last time before she died suddenly of a cerebral haemorrhage after her angina attack........ There was some happiness mixed with sadness.
Coming back to Nottingham, we do feel a bit nostalgic really, for the people whom we grow up with and the places we were brought up in.
However far the seedlings are blown away by the wind, they will always remember the trees they came from........
Meanwhile, we are taking comfort in knowing that my grandmother in law is now with God in Heaven and she managed to see Helena before she left this world. What frustrates me the most was that the pictures I took when we were there with her got lost in Penang!!! Let's hope Jasmine mum has some picture left in her digital camera........
I was also busy in doing some final touch to my sister pics. Some of them should be ready on show. I will post on this site so keep an eye on it.
Once we were lost but found. Life is a journey to know God, to serve Him and to live not under Him but with Him, His Spirit and His only son Jesus, through whom we gained our assurance of salvation from sins. Hence, we stand as witnesses of his good grace and intend to spread His gospel to people he choose to save..... Who knows, this might be YOU!
