Riddled with flu, I am house bound. Muscles and joints are aching everywhere. Going through 'My Picture' bank, I came across this wonderful capture of Helena's smile. This has brightened up my day. Hope you guys feel the same. Meanwhile the paracetamol and ibuprofen tablets are my new best friends!!
