We have decided to take the chance of visiting Venice in February! It was, as expected, cold and windy but the weather was sunny. Venice is an ancient city and the buildings were mostly quite flaky!! I was worried if they may collapse and pose some health and safety issues to the tourists.
As Spring has not set foot to this beautiful city, there were not many tourists and we managed to observe many local Venician life activities without much tourists interefence. It was a great trip.What was funny about the trip was as follow. Emma has potty trained and hence we were anxious to take her to the nearest toilet as soon as possible. However in Venice we were by the canal and there was no public toilet nearby. Emma suddenly said: wee wee! I have to take her to the canal and 'finished the business'. Helena was on the background giggling all the way. She also wanted to wee on the canal as well! Jasmine was appaled to see this going ons however she was helpless as there was really no other better alternatives lest they will have to wet themselves.
Once we were lost but found. Life is a journey to know God, to serve Him and to live not under Him but with Him, His Spirit and His only son Jesus, through whom we gained our assurance of salvation from sins. Hence, we stand as witnesses of his good grace and intend to spread His gospel to people he choose to save..... Who knows, this might be YOU!
